Renews an existing small sales tax (1 cent per $10 spent) that funds Missouri's state parks and soil/water conservation. Raises ~$140M/year. Would be renewed for 10 more years, then go back to voters.

Jackson County (Kansas City area) is the only charter county that appoints — rather than elects — its property tax assessor. This amendment would require all charter counties to hold elections for their assessor and meet state training standards.

Would repeal the 2024 Amendment 3 that guaranteed abortion rights through fetal viability. Abortion would only be allowed in cases of rape/incest (under 12 weeks), emergencies, or fetal anomalies. Also bans gender transition procedures for minors.

Currently, a citizen-led constitutional amendment just needs a statewide majority. This would add a requirement: it must also win a majority in each of Missouri's 8 congressional districts. Analysts say this would make most citizen initiatives nearly impossible to pass.

Passed in 2024 with 57.6% of the vote. Raises minimum wage to $15/hr by 2026. Governor Kehoe later signed a law repealing the sick leave requirement and inflation indexing in 2025.
